Replacements & Refunds

In the event that a customer receives an item that does not match their order, or the item does not function upon delivery, we will accept returns up to 7 days from the date the item was delivered and will provide a replacement or a full refund of the price paid for the product.

Slight variations in color and pattern are characteristic of hand crafted production processes, and are not cause for returns or refunds. Thank you for your appreciation of the care and skill that go into the making of these unique items.

Body care products (lotions, oils and soaps) cannot be returned.

We will accept returns 7 calendar days from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • In the original packaging;
  • The receipt or proof of purchase must be enclosed;
  • All included tags, way bills and the original manufacturer tags must be enclosed.
  • Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
  • We will also review your reasons for the return and provide you with an item replacement or exchange option (see below).
  • We reserve the right to determine if an item qualifies for a replacement or refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • You will receive the refund within 6 business days of our receipt of the returned item, depending on your card issuer's policies.


  • We provide an item replacement option if your item was received incomplete, damaged in shipping, or is materially different from what was described in the listing.
  • Please note that a replacement will be an exact functional version of what was initially ordered.
  • We will notify you via email or by phone of this option within 2 business days of our receipt of the returned item.
  • If a replacement is acceptable to you, we will ship out your indicated item 5 business days after we receive your approval.


  • We provide an item exchange option if your item was received in satisfactory condition but you find you prefer something else.
  • Please note that an exchange is a new item that is different from the original item described in the listing, for example, a different size or colour. An item being replaced or exchanged should be of comparable value to the original item.
  • Item exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If there is a price difference between the original item and your preferred item, you will be required to pay the difference in advance before the exchanged item is shipped out to you.
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, computed on a case by case basis.
  • The exchanged item will be shipped out to you within 5 business days of us receiving the item and any additional fees in respect thereof will be charged.


Shipping fees are generally not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any restocking fees, will be deducted from your refund, depending on the reason for the return.

We will undertake to pay the return shipping costs only in the below listed circumstances:

  • The item is materially different from what was described and purchased;
  • The item is damaged on receipt;
  • The item is delivered to you incomplete.

If you return an item for any other reason for a refund, replacement or exchange, including deciding not to purchase the item after all, you will be charged for the return shipping costs.
